Grilled Cut Open Horse Mackerel

This time, I grilled horse mackerel fillets.

There are many ways to grill fish. How to grill fish in a pan, on the grill, in a toaster, etc. The most mainstream of these is the grill. Here is how to grill it.

First, coat the grill net with salad oil or similar.

Second, heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Third, grill fish skin side down over medium-high heat. When the fish is cooked through, turn the fish back over. If the fish turns white, it is a sign that it is cooked through.

Finally, the fish is done when the skin of the flipped fish is browned. The skin side can be baked for about half the time than the body.

I forgot to bring grated daikon and other ingredients this time, but I think it will be delicious if everyone has them ready when they are served.

Also, when using river fish, grill the skin first for best flavor.
