Yellowtail Carpaccio

This summer, I went fishing in Enoshima with my friend. I caught yellowtail and sardines that day, so I would like to introduce a yellowtail dish this time.







Yellowtail carpaccio

Material

・Yellowtail

・Japanese white radish

・White rsdish sprouts

・Onion

・Olive oil

・Lemon juice

・Lemon juice

・Soy sauce


Recipe

1, Slice the yellowtail thinly.

2, Cut the onion into strips.

3, Cut the daikon into strips and soak in water for 20 minutes.

4, Mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon juice and soy sauce.

5, Combine ingredients and mix gently.

That's all!!



Carpaccio is easy to make without using fire. You can enjoy your meal because you can add it to your usual dishes as a side dish instead of the main dish. Also, this recipe can be applied to any kind of sashimi, such as salmon, yellowtail, yellowtail, tuna, etc.



Enoshima, where I fished this time, is a recommended fishing spot because there are various kinds of fish, and the type of fish you can catch depends on the fishing method.
Garbage is always produced when fishing. If you litter the garbage, the sea will be polluted and the fishing spot will be polluted. If the garbage increases, fishing will not be possible. If the garbage increases, fishing will not be possible.

Fried Black Bass

 I made fried black bass. Black bass has a very strong odor, so if it is well prepped, the odor can be removed considerably. In addition, fish living in freshwater are likely to have parasites attached to their epidermis, guts, and gills. Therefore, after removing guts, scales, etc., be sure to heat treat the fish.

Let me explain how to make it.

First, cut the black bass into three pieces. Cut the fillets into bite-sized pieces. 

Second, seasoning is added. Season with garlic, ginger and barbecue sauce.

Finally, commercially available seasoned fried flour and deep fry in oil at about 160~170°c until colored.

There is a method where boiling water is poured over the fillets before cutting them. This method removes the stench of the fish better than the usual method.

Eat it as soon as possible after frying because the fishy smell may come back when it cools down.

Grilled Cut Open Horse Mackerel

This time, I grilled horse mackerel fillets.

There are many ways to grill fish. How to grill fish in a pan, on the grill, in a toaster, etc. The most mainstream of these is the grill. Here is how to grill it.

First, coat the grill net with salad oil or similar.

Second, heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Third, grill fish skin side down over medium-high heat. When the fish is cooked through, turn the fish back over. If the fish turns white, it is a sign that it is cooked through.

Finally, the fish is done when the skin of the flipped fish is browned. The skin side can be baked for about half the time than the body.

I forgot to bring grated daikon and other ingredients this time, but I think it will be delicious if everyone has them ready when they are served.

Also, when using river fish, grill the skin first for best flavor.
